Youth Track: Learn the Start. Build from There.
Learning how to start is an important part of developing as a young sprinter. Ignite BLOX give young athletes a compact, portable platform for practicing their starting position and first steps—at team practice, at the track, or wherever they train.
2-POINT START
The 2-point start is a simple place for young athletes to begin. With both feet on the ground and no hand support, athletes can use Ignite BLOX as a platform to practice pushing into their first steps and developing a consistent starting position.
3-POINT START
As young athletes develop, the 3-point start introduces hand support and a lower starting position. Ignite BLOX give athletes a platform to practice this position and work on pushing into their first steps as they continue developing their start.
4-POINT START
The 4-point start is the traditional starting position used in sprint competition. As young athletes progress, Ignite BLOX give them a portable platform to practice the position, push into their first steps, and become more comfortable with a competition-style start.
